Media Visits

We welcome visits from working media and are happy to provide any assistance we can to help with your assignment. To coordinate your visit, please contact Charli Sayward, Communications Manager, with your media affiliation, assignment details, and any specific needs you may have for your story. Whenever possible, we ask that you plan your visits during midweek, non-holiday periods.

If you'd like to coordinate a visit to Sunday River, Loon Mountain, or another Boyne Resort in conjunction with your story, we are happy to reach out to their respective Communications Departments on your behalf.

We are typically able to provide lift tickets for working media on assignment. We ask that you contact us directly at least two days prior to your visit, and be prepared to verify your media affiliation and story assignment. Due to the large volume of media requests, complimentary lift tickets are generally limited to working media members on assignment only.

Depending on availability, we are able to offer complimentary or discounted lodging for working media members. Due to high occupancy rates, we typically are unable to provide lodging on weekend days or during holiday periods.
