Best Weekend of the Winter?

I've made this case before: I will bundle up with the best of ‘em, but I'm a much happier skier when I can wear my lighter gear and drop the face mask.

Add some sun to warmer temperatures? Full stoke mode for me.

So through that lens, this weekend is top of the pile for me.

Speaking of lens....turns out this was the wrong one for skiing at night in a snow storm:

Anyhow, on to the good stuff. The first thing that sticks out to me is the temperature profile. After a cold Thursday and Friday, Saturday recovers nicely into the upper 20s to low 30s.

Saturday is partly cloudy as well so there will be some sun.

Sunday, however, is the day I'm REALLY into:

A shot at 40 F at the base by the afternoon.

And...Bluebird...

Sign me up.
