How To Replace A Lost Pass

Lost your Go Card? No problem. Simply purchase a replacement and pick up the card at any Online Express Kiosk or ticket window, and it will be loaded with all of your lift access products (summer and winter).

Step 1

Visit the online store to purchase a replacement go card. 

  • Replacement card is customer-specific and must be assigned to the correct profile during purchase.

Step 2.

Pick up your replacement go card at one of our Online Express Kiosks.

  • If you purchase a replacement Go Card, your previous Go Card will automatically be deactivated.
  • If you find your old Go Card after purchasing a replacement, the old Go Card will no longer work at lift access gates.
