Zoom Room FAQs

  • Starting at 2pm, 24 hours prior to arrival.

  • Rooms are booked based on availability and only guarantee one queen bed. The Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is a premiere lodging option, and will typically only be offered on the day of arrival and subject to management's discretion. Condos are booked first.

  • During vacations, holidays, and other times when we are almost sold out, Zoom Rooms are not guaranteed and will only be booked after 4pm on the day of arrival, if rooms are available.

  • Zoom Rooms can only be used for lodging. All value expires on May 1st, 2021. 

  • Yes, you can authorize someone else to use your Zoom Room.

  • Yes, if we have availability you can use Zoom Rooms to book one larger room. 

  • Since lodging typically sells out in advance for weekends, Zoom Rooms are now only offered for weeknight stays. The value may be applied toward a weekend stay, but it must be booked in advance.

**Lodging is based on midweek stays in hotel-style rooms in studio condos and standard rooms at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel. Lodging is based on availability. Specific locations and dates are not guaranteed. Reservations can be made no sooner than 24 hours prior to arrival, and may not be available until 4pm day of, depending on occupancy levels. Zoom Rooms cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, group rates, or promotions. Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Card has no cash value, and is not intended for resale. Zoom rooms expire on May 1, 2021. Value will not be held over for future lodging or other credits.
