How to Use Your Elevation Pass

First up, keep an eye on your mailbox- we'll send out your pass the old fashioned way. Next, use your pass to ski or snowboard, and to buy additional tickets at a big discount. Here's how:

  • To use the days included on your pass (3 for Summit, 1 for Base) just bring your Elevation Pass and ID to any ticket window.
  • To buy additional ticket, use the link below that corresponds to your pass type, then:
    • Select your desired ticket
    • When prompted, enter the discount code on your pass to purchase. If you're buying tickets for multiple days, the code will need to be added seperately for each ticket. 
    • Bring your Elevation Pass, ticket confirmation email, and I.D. to the Ticket Window

Elevation Pass FAQs

  • The Elevation Pass is customer-specific; it can only be used by the person named on pass. You can purchase it as a gift!

  • Yes. Simply assign the pass to the person you are purchasing it for during the checkout process. Next, you'll give them a certificate (download below) which they'll bring to Guest Services with their I.D to get their pass.

  • Once you have your Elevation Pass, you can use the tickets included with your pass (3 with the Summit Pass; 1 with the Base Pass) at any time. If you'd like to use a ticket on the same day you pick up the pass, simply tell the sales associate helping you and they will issue your ticket. To use them on subsequent days, simply present your pass and ID at any ticket window to pick up your day ticket. Please note that tickets included on your pass can only be used by the pass holder. 

  • Sorry, discounted lift tickets are limited to one per Elevation Pass per day. 

  • Once you've purchased your ticket online, you'll redeem it in person at the ticket window in the Base Lodge. You'll need to bring the confirmation email from your ticket purchase, as well as a valid ID and your Elevation Pass. 

  • Nope. You can buy discounted tickets for any day, and use your free day(s) whenever you want during the 2019/20 winter season.

  • Nah, you can use them whenever you want during the 2019/20 winter season. 

  • Elevation Pass holders receive a 10% discount at all Sugarloaf operated food and beverage outlets (Widowmaker, 45 North, Bullwinkle's, Narrow Gauge Cafeteria, Sports & Fitness Center, Bull Moose Bakery). Simply present your Elevation Pass at the time of your visit to receive your discount. (Discount is limited to pass holder, and cannot be applied to entire party. Discount does not apply to liquor.)
