Whether you've been a Sugarloafer since 1951 or 2026, we invite you to join us Saturday, March 14, as we celebrate 75 years of Sugarloaf and skiing history during the 75th Anniversary Gala.
The purchase of an evening ticket includes a complimentary beverage ticket, access to evening entertainment by Skösh, and the opportunity to take home a special, limited-edition 75th-anniversary champagne flute.
Evening Program
The evening will kick off around 5:30 PM and conclude around 10:30 PM.
75th Milestones and Celebrations
- Presented by Karl Strand & Jessica Sechler, VP Sales, Marketing & Events
Bruce Miles, Executive Director, Sugarloaf Ski Club, will speak on behalf of the club, highlighting its long-standing legacy here at Sugarloaf.
- The Sugarloaf Ski Club has been an integral part of Sugarloaf Mountain since cutting the first trail on the mountain back in 1950. After more than 70+ years, the club remains a vibrant and active member of the Sugarloaf community.
Feature film debut of "Sugarloaf: Skiing Through The Eras", offering a look at how skiing technology revolutionized the way we ski and ride Sugarloaf, while paying homage to those who shaped and created the legacy we live today.
- Produced and filmed by Nathaniel Kaye, Sugarloaf Senior Photographer & Videographer. Narrated by Glenn Parkinson, President of the Maine Ski & Snowboard Museum
- This highly anticipated short film is approximately 25 minutes in length.
Together we'll toast to 75 years of history at Sugarloaf.
- A collectable, limited-edition, and specially engraved 75th-anniversary champagne flute is included with every ticket purchase.

Produced and filmed by Nathaniel Kaye, Sugarloaf's Senior Photographer & Videographer, and narrated by Glenn Parkinson, President of the New England Ski Museum, 'Skiing Through The Eras' is a short film that looks at how skiing technology revolutionized the way we ski and ride, while paying homage to those who shaped and created the legacy we live today.

Skösh
Formed in 2008 in Buckfield, Maine, Skösh has gigged extensively across the state and New England over the last 17 years. The band has shared billing with acts such as The Charlie Daniels Band, Randy Houser, and The Nth Power.
Skösh is Jedidiah Allen on drums and Vocals, Pete Richard on Sax, Eli Allen on Bass and Vocals, and Jay Larkin on Guitar and Vocals. With an eclectic blend of influences that combine “just a little bit” of everything, the band has gained a reputation for its driving, funky tunes and live improvisations; being described by the Portland Press Herald as having “…the eclecticism that made rockers Ween famous in the 1990’s.”
