1. Book Your Lodging
Choose from any of our resort lodging properties. You may call our reservations team to discuss lodging options, or book directly online.
Once you've booked your stay, find the code labeled Confirmation Number at the top of your lodging confirmation email. You'll need this code to validate your discount in the lift ticket checkout process. Please note that it may take up to an hour for your lodging reservation to process sync with our ticketing system.
2. Select Your Lift Tickets
Click over to the Stay & Save lift ticket calendar to purchase your discounted tickets online. Make sure to purchase lift tickets for all or your party members staying in lodging with you, including children 5 and under. Add your desired ticket products to the cart and proceed to checkout when you are ready. (Note: You should not enter your confirmation in the “Apply Discount Code” field before clicking checkout. You will enter this code later in the checkout process).
3. Assign Lift Tickets
Assign each lift ticket to your family member. Make sure you have the right age group (Child, Youth, Adult, or Senior) or you won't be able to assign that lift ticket. Continue when you're ready. In the next step, add RFID Go Cards to any members of your family that might not have one. If you have a Go Card from last season, you can assign the new tickets to that card here.
If you're staying with friends or family who have their own Sugarloaf accounts, they can use the same code to purchase their lift tickets separately, as long as you are under the same lodging reservation.
4. Validate Your Discount
When prompted to enter your "Stay and Save Confirmation Number," enter your lodging confirmation number from the first step and click apply. You'll need to add this same code to each lift person's lift ticket product. Make sure your lift tickets and lodging reservation are set for the same dates, as the discount is only valid during your lodging stay.

5. Pick Up Your Go Cards
All tickets and passes are issued on a reloadable RFID Go Card. If you loaded your lift tickets onto Go Cards you already have, great! You can head straight to the lifts when you arrive. If you don't already have one, you can stop by any Online Express Kiosk or ticket desk at the resort to pick yours up. Simply use the machine to scan the QR code at the bottom of your lift ticket confirmation email, and your Go Cards will be printed with your lift tickets pre-loaded onto it
