2024/25 Winter Season
Although we stand by our Sugarloaf snow surface standard we get it, sometimes conditions don’t live up to your expectations or the weather isn’t cooperating. If this is ever the case please continue reading for our Snow Guarantee Credit options.
In summary, if you’re not happy we want to make it right. Simply return your lift ticket to one of our Guest Services agents located in the Base Lodge for a credit of the same value and come back another day.
How It Works
The Sugarloaf Snow Guarantee credit only applies to single and multi-day lift tickets, half-day tickets and ticket packs that have been scanned on the same day, within an hour from your first scan.
After taking at least one run, if you feel conditions are not the best they can be you can receive a credit for the same value as your ticket, or a day added back on to your ticket pack.
For lift tickets, both single and multi-day
Simply visit our Guest Services ticket window located in the base lodge within one hour from your first lift ride to receive your credit voucher. Voucher credits are based on the value paid for that day of skiing and can be applied to future transactions until expiration on May 1, 2026. You may need to pay the difference towards another ticket.
If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction the remaining balance will be available for another purchase until expiration on May 1, 2026. Voucher credits must be redeemed online and are not available at the ticket window.
Snow guarantee credits are not available for comp/unpaid tickets.
For Ticket Packs
The Snow Guarantee credit will simply be a day returned onto your ticket pack, as if your ski/ride day never happened. Simply visit our Guest Services ticket window located in the base lodge within one hour from your first lift ride to get your day returned. All days (including the day added back to the ticket pack) expire at the end of the 2024-25 season.
