Led by the experts at Pine State Spirits, this is the perfect complement to your afternoon on the greens.

Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing champagne cocktail before indulging in a curated tasting menu. Enjoy smoked salmon dip paired with Cave de Lugny La Côte Chardonnay (France), smoked mussels complemented by Dry Creek Chenin Blanc (California), and shrimp ceviche balanced with the bright notes of Martin Codax Albariño (Spain). The richness of bacon-wrapped scallops is enhanced by the elegance of Laroque Pinot Noir (France), while the bold flavors of seared tuna meet their match in Pecchenino (Italy). A variety of traditional charcuterie accoutrements will accompany the evening’s selections.
