Easy Change

We understand that sometimes plans change after you have purchased your Sugarloaf products. Easy change allows you to receive a credit for your purchase that may be used towards another online purchase.

Change requests for lift tickets and rentals can be submitted until 11:59 pm on the day before your original arrival date. For other changes such as lessons or childcare, please refer to their specific cancellation policies.

Complete the form below to receive your credit voucher which will appear in your shop.sugarloaf account within 48 hours after your submission. If you do not use all of your credit in one transaction, the unused balance will remain available on the same voucher for another purchase until the voucher expiration date. Please note, your voucher can be used towards the purchase of any products that are currently available on the Sugarloaf Online Store.

Please note: Easy Change cannot be applied to Ticket Pack products. Easy Change also does not apply to Perfect Turn seasonal programs and 15-day program passes. These products are non-refundable and non-transferrable; any remaining days expire at the end of the season and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.
