A message from Scott Russell, General Manager of Resort Lodging:
Dear Lodging Guest,
On behalf of the staff at Sugarloaf, we would like to extend to you our warmest welcome. These are certainly challenging times and we know you have many lodging choices during your travels. We thank you for choosing Sugarloaf as your vacation destination. Our entire team is dedicated to making your stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
As always, the health and safety of our guests, employees, and community is our top priority. We have implemented many new policies and practices across all areas of our resort, including enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing policies, and other measures in order to follow best practices and all state and local health guidelines. We're always excited to welcome guests to Sugarloaf, and thank you in advance for your efforts in helping to keep us all safe and healthy. As guidelines evolve, we will continue to modify our policies and procedures, and will update the website accordingly. A few things to keep in mind:
45 North, Sugarloaf's signature restaurant, is located off the lobby of the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel, and is open year-round for breakfast, dinner, and room service. A Guest ID Card must be presented to charge back to your hotel room. Reservations are encouraged. Please dial ext. 4545 from your guest room or 237-237-2222 from Condos.
Our team is always willing to help plan your next adventure. We will gladly provide directions to nearby attractions, dining options and day trips that surround this beautiful part of Maine. The Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel Outdoor Hot Tub is available for Hotel Guests with modified state required guidelines. Please contact the front desk for availability.
We invite your suggestions and comments at any time. We will ask you to provide your e-mail information so you may review your lodging experience in an easy, online format that will help us make improvements with your insight. It is never too early to start planning your next winter or summer vacation!
Take a moment to experience everything Sugarloaf Resort has to offer. Relax, enjoy and have fun! We hope that you will make Sugarloaf a tradition for you and your family for many years.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay and will automatically check you out of your room - just leave your keys in the unit and have a safe trip home.
