When it comes to operating safely this winter, we're all in.

Though the landscape is continually changing, we're fully committed to staying open safely for Sugarloaf's 70th winter season. With over 1000 acres of terrain, our resort naturally lends itself to social distancing, and although many things are different this winter, we are confident that we have created a safe environment for you to enjoy while at the mountain. 

Sugarloaf is so much more than just the mountain and resort. It's a diverse community that includes a wide variety of businesses- from restaurants and bakers, to ski shops, builders, vets, and more. We want you to feel safe here, even when you're off the hill. That's why we created the All In Pledge: a promise that a business is doing everything they can to keep our community safe. 

1. We will make the health and safety of our guests, employees, and our community our first priority.

2. We will meet or exceed all applicable CDC and State of Maine guidelines for safe operation during the COVID-19 pandemic.

3. We will clearly message our updated safety guidelines in our businesses, with signage promoting safe behaviors including use of face coverings, social distancing, and other CDC recommended practices.

4. We will exhibit behaviors that demonstrate our commitment to health and safety, including the use of face coverings, social distancing, and enhanced sanitization practices.

5. We will listen to feedback from our guests and fellow businesses, and continually work to improve our health and safety practices.
