Experience is plus. While it is not necessary to have experience, it is required to have a great understanding of "Exceptional Guest Service".
It is the number one qualification. Must be available for Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
Resort Front Desk/Night Auditor
Full Time Year Round
Must be able to work days, nights, weekend and overnights. Primary responsibilities are a combination of Resort Front Desk Clerk and Night Audit Duties. Front Desk responsibilities include meeting, greeting and exceeding guest service expectations. Check-In and out of guests, make lodging reservations, operation of the switchboard, daily cash-ups, bank deposits, research of guest's transactions and various daily tasks and projects as assigned. Audit Duties including closeout of daily operating systems, reconciliation of departmental procedures including cash-ups, bank and credit cards deposits, research of variances and organization of all daily details and paperwork. Must be able to follow detail procedures. Successful candidate must be dependable, flexible to scheduling demands, detail orientated, ability to multi-task and work well independently. Requires functional knowledge of PC widows programs, money handling, prior guest service experience, good telephone skills and time management skills required. Must be eager to learn, service driven and team orientated. Applicants eager to join the Sugarloaf lodging team in search of development for future advancement encouraged to apply.
