Final Payment
Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If you wish to use a different form of payment you may do so by calling us more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 21 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund of the 50% deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel for any reason within the 21 days of your arrival, we will retain the entire 50% deposit. If you have already paid in full, the second 50% payment will be refunded to you. There are no refunds for cancellations due to weather. Please ask about Travel Protection Insurance available through Access America.
Travel Protection
We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Rental Protector insurance if you haven't already done so. Please call 1-800-THE-LOAF to purchase. Travel insurance provides added financial protection against lost trip deposits and fees that occur as the result of vacation cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen covered event(s). Insurance benefits* include protection for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Sporting Equipment Coverage, Travel Delay, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other benefits.
Coverage will become effective the day after premium has been paid in full. If purchased, the premium must be paid on or before final payment. Once paid, you have 10 days in which to review your policy if you have not already departed on your trip or filed a claim, after which point the premium is non-refundable. *Insurance benefits are underwritten by BCS Insurance Company on Master Policy Form No. 52.201 or 52.401 and administered by World Access Service Corp.
Security/Key Deposits
Upon arrival, a security & key return deposit, in the form of a credit card authorization of $200, will be taken. Your credit card is not charged unless damages are found, you smoke in non-smoking accommodations, or keys are not returned.
Check-In Time: after 4pm
Check-Out Time: before 11am.
Accommodations
Renters must be 21 years of age. Sorry, no pets allowed in rental accommodations.
Washer/Dryers are not guaranteed in any rental accommodation. There are coin-op public facilities available.
Daily housekeeping provided for the Sugarloaf Inn & Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel rooms only.
Condominium guests will receive full maid service mid-stay on visits of seven nights or longer.
Ski lockers are provided for skis, poles and snowboards. There will be a $50 damage fee posted to your account if any of these items are in your accommodation.
Childcare & Children's Lesson Programs
Children's ski programs and child care are not included in your lodging reservation. Advance reservations are required for childcare and Children's Perfect Turn lesson programs. To register your children (ages 6 weeks to 3 yrs) with our Child Care Center, call 207-237-6959. Click here for Children's Reservations.
Resort Amenities
Use of the sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center is included with condominium and Sugarloaf Inn reservations. Use of the Hotel Health Spa is included for guests of the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel - there is an additional fee to use the Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center. Winter packages include a daily Adult Perfect Turn Ski/Snowboard clinic for ages 19 and older only, through April 8, 2007. No PT clinics after April 8th.
