What's coming up at Sugarloaf

 

Demo Day

Demo day returns to the Loaf on Saturday, December 10th.

Come test out all of this year's latest and greatest gear from a variety of top manufacturers and New England based ski and board makers.

Registration will be held in the Maple room of the Base Lodge, valid credit card and picture ID required. $5.00 per person, those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Holiday Gift Bazaar

Sugarloaf proudly hosts the Holiday Gift Bazaar featuring photography, artwork, jewelry, quilted items, soaps, fleece items, Christmas ornaments and much more. The Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel will be overflowing with one-of-a-kind items for that special someone on your holiday shopping list. Vendors will be set up in the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel on Saturday, Dec 10th from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday, Dec 11th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Second Annual Tree Lighting Festival

The Second Annual Tree Lighting Festival returns to Sugarloaf on Saturday, December 10th.

Join us in welcoming the jolly ol' man himself to the mountain. If you missed this last year, you don't want to miss it again!

Adam Ezra returns to the Widowmaker Lounge on Saturday, December 10th

Maine Ski Day

Maine Ski Day returns on Sunday, December 11th.

All Maine residents will enjoy $39.00 lift tickets and $20.00 rental equipment, must have a valid Maine ID.

Blessing of the Skis and Boards

Come and send your prayers across the trails by gathering on Sunday, December 11th at the base of the Double Runner Chair (NEW LOCATION). No skiing required, come be part of a great Sugarloaf Tradition.

Muddy Marsh Ramblers at the Widowmaker Lounge

Join us as we welcome the Muddy Marsh Ramblers to the Widowmaker stage for the first time.

This high energy bluegrass band is sure to get you on the dance floor.

The Cornerstone hits the Widowmaker stage on Tuesday, December 27th during our special Christmas week entertainment lineup.

This Reggae/Funk/Rock band from Massachusetts is one you won't want to miss.

The Gravel Project at the Widowmaker Lounge

One of our favorites here at the Loaf, The Gravel Project hits the Widowmaker Stage on Thursday, December 29th as part of our Christmas week, entertainment lineup.

Playing an eclectic blend of blues, funk, rock and jazz fusion, you will definitely want to check these guys out during one of their two shows.

NYE Fireworks

Join us for the annual Sugarloaf NYE Fireworks display on the Beach at 9:15pm.

Family NYE

Ring in the New Year with a family celebration in the King Pine Room with Antonio Rocha.

The venue will opens at 7:30 PM with interactive family games and activities. Entertainment with Antonio Rocha starts at 8:10pm and ends in time to go outside for the fireworks.

Cost: $5.00 donation at the door goes to your choice of non-profits: The Sugarloaf Charity Summit, the 2 Local Food Banks, or Western Maine Center for Children.

Antonio Rocha, born and raised in Brazil, presents a unique fusion of verbal narrative and mime that has taken his work to 16 countries across 6 continents . With his tenor voice, realistic sound effects and exquisite moves, he is sure to take you into an unforgettable journey through your imagination

The East Coast Pond Skimming Championship is back for another year of high flying, costume wearing, absolute hilarious fun!

Show us your skills on Saturday, April 15th at the East Coast Pond Skimming Championship.
