Jay Moody Memorial Golf Tournament

Join us at The Bag, Saturday night of Homecoming Weekend, to raise money for Early Childhood Education and Child Care programs at Western Maine Center for Children with a live auction and raffle. MOFF On The Beach
The Maine Outdoor Film Festival returns to Sugarloaf on Homecoming Weekend to showcase the newest films from their summer film tour! Bring a blanket and snuggle up with friend on the Beach to enjoy this year's film selections on the big screen. Admission is free, and a cash bar and light refreshments will be available. Sugarloaf Uphill Climb
The ultimate test of strength and stamina, the Sugarloaf Uphill Climb is back with a vengeance in 2015. Fight through the pain as you run from the base of the mountain all the way to the summit (Maine's 2nd highest) covering more than 2400 vertical feet in roughly 3 miles. Do you have what it takes? Fall Finale Golf Tournament
Enjoy the final weekend of the season at the Sugarloaf Golf Club in this 5-person scramble dubbed the Fall Finale. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Alden MacDonald Junior Golf Foundation, based right here in CV. Replay rates are available for non-member, tournament players at only $60 on either Oct 16 or 18, which includes 18 holes and a cart. Sugarloaf Holiday Gift Bazaar
Sugarloaf proudly hosts the Holiday Gift Bazaar featuring photography, artwork, jewelry, quilted items, soaps, fleece items, Christmas ornaments and much more. The Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel will be overflowing with one-of-a-kind items for that special someone on your holiday shopping list. Vendors will be set up in the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel on Saturday, Dec 12th from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday, Dec 13 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Bud Light College Snowfest Week
The 2016 Bud Light College Snowfest Week will be the biggest college party in New England ski country....again. This event has the hottest shows and rowdiest parties for college co-eds. We proved that in 2015, and we're ready to do it again in 2016. Awesome music and partying + amazing deals on skiing and lodging + Sugarloaf=College Snowfest Week. "Raising a mountain of money to find a cure." Join us for the Annual Sugarloaf Charity Summit on January 30, 2016! With day and evening events both on and off the slopes, the Sugarloaf Charity Summit has raised over $2,000,000 for Maine Charities. All proceeds from Charity Summit events will benefit the Martha B. WinterKids Downhill 24
Sugarloaf is proud to announce that the WinterKids Downhill 24 event will be hosted here this year and will be the first time in history that Sugarloaf's slopes have been lit! The 4th Annual WinterKids Downhill 24 at Sugarloaf is a fundraising event to benefit WinterKids programs, to be held Friday, March 11 - Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Ski as much or as little as you'd like, but most of all come have fun, raise some money, & celebrate WinterKids. The D24 is designed for people of all ages & ability. Sign up as an individual, or team (up to 12). Ski the East Freeride Tour
Back again in 2016, Ski the East will be returning to Sugarloaf for another Ski the East Freeride Tour event stop! Don't miss this big mountain skiing contest that brings out the gnarliest skiers from New England to throwdown on Sugarloaf's steep, fall-line terrain. Event date will be Sat, March 12 with a weather day on Sun, March 13 if necessary. Don't miss it! Check out the rest of the Ski the East Freeride tour here!
6th Annual Sugarloaf Banked Slalom
The 6th annual Banked Slalom hosted by Sugarloaf and Olympian Seth Wescott returns in March 2016. Check out one of the coolest snowboard-only race events in New England, complete with sponsor swag, registration parties, two-days of slalom course racing and lobster trophies. The event dates for the 2016 event will be March 19 & 20, 2016. Registration will open near the start of the 15-16 winter season, so stay tuned!
28th Annual Bud Light Reggae Fest
Hands down, the annual Bud Light Reggae Fest at Sugarloaf is the biggest springtime party in ski country. Last year we celebrated Reggae Fest's 27th anniversary with an incredible lineup, record-breaking crowds, awesome Spring skiing weather and one heck of a headline show by Stick Figure. Back in 2016 for it's 28th consecutive year, we're pulling out all the stops....again! Additional details to follow!
East Coast Pond Skimming Championships
The East Coast Pond Skimming Championship is the most important sporting event to take place anywhere in the East. Just kidding... but they are super entertaining, so grab your garb and get weird as you slide and splash across our frigid lake. 34th Annual Sugarloaf Marathon & 15K
Now in its 34th year, the Sugarloaf Marathon is Maine's oldest continuously run marathon, drawing hundreds of runners from all over the U.S. and Eastern Canada each year. Despite the mountainous surrounding, Sugarloaf's course is widely known as Maine's fastest. The final 16 miles of the course have an elevation loss of 980 feet, and it is common for runners to post personal best times on this course. With record attendance years in 2014 and 2015, be sure to sign up early! Registration opens on Sept 1, 2015! Click here for more information and to register.
