If you’ve skied even a single day at Sugarloaf this season, chances are overwhelmingly good that you’ve seen Tom Hanson spinning laps on the SuperQuad. Tom, a Sugarloafer and the Treasurer of the Ski Museum of Maine, is in the midst of a quest to ski at least 3 million vertical feet (over 5,000 miles) this season in an effort to raise money for the Museum.
To track his progress throughout the season, Tom is using the new Sugarloaf Replay App on his Android phone. Sugarloaf Replay calculates a user's vertical, mileage, speed, number of runs, calories, and even air time, all with the push of a single button.
But best of all, Sugarloaf Replay allows anyone to keep tabs on Tom's progress as his quest for 3 million vertical feet continues. You can check out Tom's current stats right here. And for even more detail, or to see how your stats stack up against Tom's, be sure to download the free app and start a free account at www.alpinereplay.com.
If you'd like to pledge Tom, visit the Ski Museum website or click the button on the right to enter your pledge amount or make a one time donation.
