Mountainside Real Estate is managing Seasonal Rentals of on-mountain homes and condominiums for the 2008 season. Lodging types included are Studios, homes and condominiums having 1-4 Bedrooms. Beyond a season long rental there could be some owner- shared rentals, and, perhaps, some other variations of "Seasonal" such as a half season, or monthly blocks.

With all  properties leases are signed which state payment terms including security deposits.
The lessee/renter is responsible for the utilities and generally has the bills transferred to their name.
