The Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is a fully furnished condominium that has the potential of four owners sharing all expenses.
Each quarter offers the owner every fourth week forever! That is thirteen (13) weeks per year. The design of your rotation calendar gives you one of all fifty-two (52) weeks within a four-year period.
You may choose to do three things with your weeks:
(1) use your week by staying at your Sugarloaf home resort;
(2) rent your week (or break it up), use a portion and place the rest in Sugarloaf's rental program;
(3) exchange your week through RCI.
In addition, any time the hotel is less than 90% occupied, our Space Available program allows owners to use a comparable unit to their own at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel,by simply paying a housekeeping fee.
