During the summer months the majestic mountains of Western Maine are at their most breathtaking with lush greens and vibrant floral landscaping. A 10% discount will be offered to weddings booked before March 15, 2012 for the months of June or July 2012.
Offer only valid on standard Sugarloaf wedding packages. Weddings must have a minimum of 75 guests, and can not be a previously contracted event. Offer valid only for King Pine, Avery Ballroom, or Carrabassett Ballroom reception locations.
A wedding at Sugarloaf is one to be remembered for a lifetime. Located in the Western Mountains of Maine, Carrabassett Valley and Sugarloaf Mountain provide a backdrop for your ceremony of towering mountains, majestic forests, and pristine rivers, lakes and streams.
The Sugarloaf Resort has the function space to accommodate any size ceremony and reception. Our experienced staff will help you plan the perfect wedding — whether traditional or non-traditional, intimate or extravagant. Ceremonies can be conducted outdoors under the “Bridal Bridge”, inside at the Bell Interfaith Chapel or in one of our many spacious function rooms. Receptions of varying sizes can be conducted in the Avery Ballroom at the Sugarloaf Inn, outside on the lawn of the Sugarloaf Inn or in one of the function rooms at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel or Sugarloaf Conference Center.

Ceremony Locations
Bridal Bridge Spring, Summer, & Fall 200 Guests
As the name implies, the Bridal Bridge is our most popular location for outdoor ceremonies. Perfect for creating a memorable event with quaint stone walls, tasteful landscaping and a backdrop of spectacular mountain views while being conveniently located just steps from the Sugarloaf Inn.
Maximum: 200 guests
Availability: Spring, Summer, & Fall 
R.H. Bell Interfaith Chapel Monday - Saturday, Year Round 200 Guests
The R.H. Bell Interfaith Chapel is located just a short distance from the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel and the Sugarloaf Base Lodge making it a convenient indoor location for ceremonies of all sizes. In addition to being booked for ceremonies, the Chapel is also a popular back-up location for outdoor ceremonies in the event of inclement weather.
Maximum: 200 Guests
Availability: Monday – Saturday, Year-round 
The Beach Spring, Summer & Fall 500 Guests
Located in the heart of the Sugarloaf Village, The Beach uses Sugarloaf Mountain as a backdrop to the wedding ceremony. The Beach features a large paved area, stone fireplace and direct access to the King Pine Room for your reception. This is an excellent option for weddings with a medium to large guest list.

Reception Locations
Carrabassett Room Year-Round 90 Guests
It's location in the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel makes the Carrabassett Ballroom a convenient choice for smaller, intimate receptions or rehearsal dinners. Full-service lodging and short walking distance to the Bell Interfaith Chapel are just some of the things that make this an attractive location to wedding parties and guests alike.
Maximum: 90 guests

Avery Ballroom Year-Round 150 Guests
Whether you're looking for a casual or elegant feel, the Avery Ballroom, located inside the Sugarloaf Inn, has everything to help create the desired atmosphere for your reception or rehearsal dinner. It's close proximity to the Bridal Bridge makes it an excellent reception location following your outdoor ceremony. Since it is made up of three smaller function rooms, the Ballroom also holds the option of being segmented to facilitate smaller groups.

King Pine Room Year-Round 500 Guests
A fantastic and versatile location, the King Pine Room is perfect for large celebrations and endless possibilities. With high ceilings and a substantially sized dance floor, this spacious room allows you to be as creative as you like with decorations and can be transformed in a number of ways!
Minimum: 170 Guests
Maximum: 500 Guests

Sugarloaf Outdoor Center Spring, Summer, Fall 150 Guests
This a versatile and beautiful space set on a pond with fantastic views of Sugarloaf Mountain. This space is perfect for wedding parties who want to handle most of the planning and execution of their wedding reception on their own. This space allows its users flexibility with regards to outside catering companies, music, vendors and decorations.
