"Just a note to thank you for our rental year. We were very pleased. The income was very good which is always nice.  Additionally upon our return the condo looked like it had not been rented. That is hard to do. Had we not received the checks for the rental we would have wondered if it had been rented. If you find that this is a mistake we plan to keep the money anyhow. Seriously, not being here until March means the condo is entirely in your care most of the winter. Your doing a good job with it is much appreciated!   Please thank all concerned for a job well done.
