Deadline for best prices on 09/10 New England Passes is April 30

CARRABASSETT VALLEY, MAINE (April 20, 2009) – Early season savings on the New England Season Passes, which gives skiers and riders unlimited access to Sunday River, Sugarloaf, and Loon Mountain, will end on Thursday, April 30. Currently priced as low as $349, the New England Pass is offered with early purchase benefits including the new Easy 3-Pay Plan as well as a $50 savings for returning passholders when they purchase their 2009/2010 New England Pass and pay in full by April 30.

Three levels of New England Passes are available at the lowest prices during the spring sale period that ends April 30. The Bronze Pass, available for $349, is an all ages pass offering midweek, non-holiday access to all three resorts. The Silver Pass, available for $599, offers access every day of the season excluding 14 black-out dates. The Gold Pass, available for $899, offers unrestricted access. College Passes, listed at $329, also offer unrestricted access to all three resorts. There are teen and junior versions of the Gold and Silver Pass, plus a Gold Pass for seniors available during the spring sale. New Benefits for 2009/10 New England Season Passes:
- Gold Pass holders can purchase up to four additional lift tickets valid any day of the 2009/10 season for just $50 each. Tickets are paid for at time of ticket purchase. Gold Pass holders receive 15 percent off retail purchases at resort ski and sport shops, and receive a free early season ski or snowboard tune. Additionally, Gold Pass holders can ski up to 10 days for free at other Boyne Resorts across North America including Big Sky, Montana and Cypress Mountain, British Columbia - a 2010 Olympic venue.
- Silver Pass features a new schedule of blackout dates that will appeal to more skiers and riders. These dates include: December 26, 2009 – January 1, 2010; January 16-18, 2010; February 13-15, 2010 and February 20, 2010.
- Skiers and snowboarders who purchase their 2009/2010 New England Pass by April 30 can take advantage of the new Easy 3-Pay Plan option that will allow them to pay for their pass in three equal payments due on April 30, July 1, and September 1.
- Current 2008/2009 New England Pass holders who maintain or upgrade to Gold or Silver will save an additional $50 when they purchase their 2009/2010 New England Pass and pay in full by April 30.
