Ceremonies can be held outside on the “Bridal Bridge” next to the Sugarloaf Inn, at the picturesque Sugarloaf Outdoor Center, on the slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain, inside the Bell Interfaith Chapel or in one of many banquet rooms. Catered meals range from gourmet dinners to hors d’oeuvres receptions. Other romantic options that can be arranged include sleigh rides, horse and carriage rides and even a releasing of doves. 

All wedding services include guidance from a professional wedding coordinator as well as on-site support and service from staff to help coordinate all of the special moments of the ceremony and reception, from cutting the cake to the champagne toast. A registry table, gift table and cake table are also included along with lights for the stairways at the reception area and centerpieces and complimenting linens for the tables.  

Additonal amenities include a bridal suite, a souvenir menu for the bride and groom, special menu selections for children 10 years of age and younger, vegetarian selections, special lodging rates for wedding guests, and photo opportunities at the “Bridal Bridge”, golf course and Bell Chapel.
