Board Room Supervisor
Full-time, seasonal.
Come ride with Sugarloaf's Retail Team. If you have a love of snowboarding that goes beyond the hill, we want to talk to you.
Purpose of Position: To oversee the daily management of the Board Room retail operation. Responsibilities include supervision and training of employees in all aspects of the business, scheduling, inventory control, and cash-ups. A passion for snowboarding and the ability to share that with our guests are necessary to succeed in this position. Merchandising and sales experience is required.
Snowmakers
Full-time, seasonal, Set-up and operate snowmaking equipment, hydrants and prepare fixed gears for making snow all over the mountain. Rearrange snowmaking lines and blowing equipment, assist other departments snow removal. Physical requirements: Must be able to hike up and down steep terrain in all types of weather conditions.Grooming Supervisor

Position Purpose:
To maximize the potential of the Internet in driving business to the resort and manage the resort’s online presence and digital assets.
Position Entails:
Technical web development and production, web site content management, email marketing, graphic design, maintaining familiarity with emerging web technologies and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Management of resort web sites, including short-term tactical updates and long-term content development
- Technical coding and support of all web sites and e-commerce channels
- Development of resort presence and content distribution across the Internet including social networks, blogs and other new media
- Management and tracking of email marketing and online advertising campaigns
- Measurement of web traffic and e-commerce
- Manage the resort’s digital photography and video resources and archives
- Training and support of other positions that will be contributing web content
- Management of e-commerce channels, including working with third-party vendors
- Search optimization and management of paid search campaigns
- Basic graphic design for digital applications
- Basic graphic design for in-market and on-mountain promotions
- Support of other marketing department functions as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years work experience or educational equivalent in web site development and management
- Strong HTML required. PHP / MYSQL and ASP.NET experience a plus
- Dreamweaver and Photoshop experience required. Flash a plus
- Ability to work on a PC-based platform
- Familiarity with new media including social media, podcasting and other emerging technologies
